Evening events

There is also the option for a later event that goes into the evening, with the woods illuminated and a catered hot meal. We will all gather under the shelter around the fire, with music and drinks. learn more

“We booked Within the Wood for our Christmas party, which proved to be a fantastic choice for an end of year celebration the whole team could safely enjoy. We all got stuck into the outdoor activities; archery, axe throwing and tag archery, before settling around the campfire under canvas for drinks and delicious curry. “We were looking for a change to the usual teambuilding days and wanted to get our staff together after 2 years of working remotely. So, on a beautiful afternoon in April, our 60 staff enjoyed sessions of mindfulness and relaxation in beautiful woodlands, learnt fire-lighting bushcraft skills and were introduced to axe throwing and archery tag. The activities perfectly suited our wellbeing agenda and provided an ideal balance of fun, relaxation, togetherness, team building, friendly competition and lots and lots of laughter!
